Chocolate Milk Shake

1 Frozen Banana
2 Tablespoons Natural Maple Syrup
3 Medjool OR 8 Deglet Dates
1 Tablespoon Droste Cocoa
3 Cups Filtered Water
1/2 Teaspoon Natural Salt
1 Tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter
2 Cups Filtered Ice

Blend until Smooth
Dates, Peanut Butter, Salt, Cocoa, Water, and Maple Syrup

Add and Blend until Smooth
Banana and Ice

Can replace PB with any nut butter. Add nuts, flaxseed, cinnamon, mint, hemp, etc. for added flavor dimension.
